We provide a complete recruiting and staffing service, offering temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services. We support a broad range of industries including financial services, healthcare, commercial real estate, mortgage, insurance, oil, and gas.

In 2016, we launched AimHireInAction, a philanthropic division to reflect those same values in our local community. The mission is to help others and employees are encouraged to do so during work hours. A volunteer committee selects activities based on employees' passions, research and input.

As vice president of talent for AimHire, Danette helps create initiatives and strategies to drive, develop and grow our company. She manages the business development team and account managers.
Kaitlin
As recruitment coordinator, Kaitlin is responsible for processing payroll: time cards/approvals, confirmation of pay rates and hours, bonuses, sick pay and reimbursements.
Carlie
Carlie joined AimHire as an Account Manager and partners with clients to find the top talent to support their goals.
Kim
As account manager, Kim makes hiring easier for clients by providing quality candidates and offering strategic perspectives.
Ethan
Ethan has spent his career in the staffing industry, gaining expertise in recruiting, account management, business development, operations, sales and management. He joined Employment Solutions of New York in 2019 and has directly contributed

Emily is an experienced recruiter responsible for generating a pipeline of passive and active candidates seeking new career opportunities, conducting initial interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to AimHire’s account management team.
