As Recruiter, Kaitlin builds strong candidate relationships and expertly matches them with the perfect opportunities across a variety of industries. Prior to her current role as Recruiter, Kaitlin served as the Recruitment Coordinator, where she was responsible for processing payroll, including time cards and approvals, confirmation of pay rates and hours, bonuses, sick pay and reimbursements.
Before joining AimHire, Kaitlin worked as a nanny and worked as a marketing intern at a fashion PR firm in London. She moved to Colorado and began working at AimHire.
Kaitlin received her bachelor’s degree in mass communication/media studies from James Madison University and minored in Human Resource Development.
During the ski season, Kaitlin skis every weekend she can. She also loves to spend time with friends and family and prepare new recipes for them. She has a passion for live music, no matter the band or size venue.
